about us

WHO I AM

I’m Abdulkhalik Ahmed, a specialist in Water Management and Governance, with a background in Agriculture. My journey began with understanding how the land grows and sustains life, and now I’m diving deeper into how water shapes our world.

But for me, it’s more than just studies; it’s about questioning how faith, agriculture and water come together to shape our future. How can technology improve irrigation while respecting the balance of nature? How can we manage water resources in ways that serve both people and the environment? And how does faith guide us in caring for the world we’ve been entrusted with? These are the questions that guide my path.

Experiences

Bridging Quran & Science:
I discovered that the verses of the Quran are guiding us in a way beyond what we can do as humans.
They didn’t just reflect what I studied, but they opened my eyes to deeper truths.
Where knowledge often stops at “we can’t” or “we don’t know,” the Quran shows what we can do and how Allah helps with what we can’t.
It teaches us to give, to act with trust, and to walk a path that brings both purpose and peace.

From Farming to Water Management:
Moving from hands-on agriculture to water management taught me how small improvements in water use can greatly impact communities and the environment.

Learning Across Cultures:
Studying in Somalia, Kenya, Egypt, and now Spain showed me how water and agriculture shape daily life differently around the world.
